Remanufactured headlamp cover Actuators

These are original Chrysler headlamp door actuators for 68 & 69 Dodge Chargers.

These have been disassembled , sandblasted , new diaphrams , new boots repainted and ready to install.

Available with both 68 & 69 part #'s  $385.95 per pair EXCHANGE

These are Remanufactured and there is a core charge of $125.00 if you don't have units to exchange.

This picture shows the differance between 1968 #'s and 1969 numbers! 1969 numbers were used on daytona's and super birds	1968 housing #'s	1969 housing #'s
All our actuators are completely disassembled and blasted with glass beads inside & out.	1968 actuators have internal magnets to hold the door open ., incase of vacuum system failure.	This is a 1969 actuator ,, woth no magnet 69 uses an external torsion spring to hold them open. in case of vacuum failure.
this is the 1968 diaphram hanging from piece of metal .. by the magnet !!	This is the upper shaft seal that is replaced on all of our 68 & 69 remanufactured actuators	This is the new dust boot that goes on all of our actuators.
Our replacemnet boots retain orignal appearance but are slighlty thicker and more heat resistant for longer service..	This shows one of our remanufactured units prior to painting.

These actuators come with a limited lifetime warranty and will not fail you! We have invested  a lot of time and money for tooling to dis-assemble these and remanufacture then correctly. We can remanufacture your existing ones or exchange for already completed units.. Don't risk buying the china made junk.

side lights were not offered in 1969 only reflectors they come with housings ( paint to match ) lenses,

led's retainers, gaskets and hardware. all you have to do is supply a ground and

12v from your lighting system in your car.
